We appreciate your interest in booking with thee loc goddess! To ensure Thee loc goddess' process works best for you, please review our terms prior to booking. We love for everybody to be on the same page feeling welcomed and excited to be serviced! By submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms listed below. 

Scheduling Terms 

  • at least 30% Non refundable deposits are required to secure your appointment or class. appointments are accepted/DENIED AT TAYLOR’s Discretion,

  • Minimal service changes can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled date. requests made after bOoking are not guaranteed, but we will try to ACCOMMODATE you.

  • appointments scheduled before 7 am must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • shampoo & Hair is included.

  • Services that require human hair can be provided by the client or provided by Tlg. If you would like Tlg to provide 100% raw human hair, your order must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your desired date. Hair orders must be placed prior to booking sew ins and wig installations.

  • New Clients Must Book a Free 10 Minute zoom call or AN in person consultation online. New Clients can only get scheduled by thee loc goddess during the consultation.

  • clients 15 & up can be serviced. students 12 & up can be registered for any course.

  • Children & Plus ones are not allowed.

  • Standard hair length is 4” depending on the service.

  • clients must arrive with hair free of tangles, braids, twists, & extensions to be immediately shampooed.

  • If you are feeling ill, please contact us via email or Request form immediately for ACCOMMODATIONS. Health is most important!

  • for everyone’s safety, inclement weather automatically results To rescheduling.

  • cash & contactless payments are accepted. Please bring the exact amount if bringing cash. Bills will be marked before accepting. All bank runs must be done prior to being serviced. for after pay options, please email for invoice.

  • The exact address will be Given after you receive your appointment confirmation via email.

  • grace period is 10 minutes. if You are running late, please email us or text us via imessage immediately.

  • after the grace period, the sD fee will be added to your balance. the balance & fee must be paid prioR to being serviced or the service will be downgraded to Finish your APPOINTMENT on time. The original balance Will still need to be honored.

  • if Same day accomodations cannot be made after late arrival, Client may rescheduLe for the same or following week only,

  • The service disruption fee is $50.

  • no call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service total & Will be banned until the original balance is paid in full.

  • cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in being charge 25% of the service. 

  • we respect our client’s time. In the event that tlg runs behind on beginning your Service ,or needs to reschedule, your service will be upgraded or discounted for your flexibility & patience! if you Are unable to reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.
